Please ensure you read all the terms and conditions before placing any order. By placing an order with Rosary Heaven Wholesale you are agreeing to abide by and accept the terms and condition enclosed herein.

We are a strictly wholesale company. We supply retail shops, church piety shops, schools and online retailers. There is a minimum order value of £60 (pre shipping costs).
For orders of £500 or over there will be a 5% discount. Please contact us for a discount code.
For orders of £1000 or over there will be a 10% discount. Please contact us for a discount code.
At the moment we have no credit facility and orders need to be paid for before they can be shipped.
All orders will be processed within 3 working days.
UK orders can expect to receive their shipment within 5 working days of ordering. We endeavour for orders to reach you within 4 working days, however we have to take account of busy periods.
International orders will be processed within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary dependent upon the customer’s location. We would expect most international shipments to arrive within 10 working days of ordering. Please contact us for more information and specific times relating to your country.
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer at time of delivery. All goods remain the property of Rosary Heaven Wholesale until payment is made in full.
Our preference is to be paid by BACS (for UK customers) as this helps to keep our prices low due to less fees from the payment providers.
At the moment we have no credit facility and orders need to be paid for before they can be shipped.
We only invoice and deal in GBP sterling.
For UK and international customers we accept online payment by Paypal n which you can use any card without having an account).
For UK orders only we also accept cheque or Bank transfer. Please select the method you would like to use at checkout.
Please note deliveries will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. We will pay the cheque into the bank within 2 working days. Bank processing times are beyond our control.

We are now VAT registered. VAT: GB169468946 - All prices on our site are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT invoice please let us know and we will of course provide one.
For international orders please note you could be charged tax/customs fees according to your country’s customs regulations. This could include taxes, duties and import charges. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on international shipments. Please check with your customs department and tax requirements before ordering. If for any reason you choose to refuse the delivery we will not be held responsible for shipping costs, including any costs incurred for the return of the package to Rosary Heaven Wholesale Ltd.
To return any items please contact us by email or in writing with your order number before returning the item(s). We are happy to accept returns within 7 working days of receipt. However the items must be kept in a pristine unaltered condition and effectively protected from shipping damage. Original shipping fees, and your return shipping fees are non refundable. The only instance where shipping fees are refundable are in the unlikely event the items arrived faulty, in which case we would refund the percentage of shipping charged for those items returned only.
The customer is held responsible for any loss on return shipments.
In the event of defective goods or shortages the company will consider no claim unless you notify the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Where a claim is presented outside such time no matter what the reason the customer will be conclusively presumed to have received the goods in correct quantity and good condition. Subject to the above, the goods are defective the company shall at its option repair or replace the goods (or the defective part of them) or credit the price of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware we do not do” Sale or Return”.
The price displayed on the website is the up to date and current price. We reserve the right to change website prices at any time without prior notice. This may be necessary due to market fluctuation.
Sizes are as accurate as possible to that listed, but there may be minor variations. Please allow up to a 5% difference in size.
Our pictures are captured using quality photography to present the product well and offer a clear description. We cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colour or look, for example, due to flash photography/computer monitor contrast differences and manufacturers slight variations. We do our best to provide the most accurate picture we can.
Please also be aware pictures are not true to size. The size will be in the worded description. Some items are greatly magnified or taken at quite a distance.
We do not have a system for backorders. If items are out of stock and you wish to know when they are back in stock please email us at …..
We do our best to keep our website with accurate stock records but on the rare occasion we have stock listed that is not correct, we will contact you quickly and ask if you want a credit/refund for the amount, or replacement items.
Credit notes (or a refund at the Company’s discretion) will be issued for any damaged or missing items that are reported within the 3 working days of receipt of goods. Credit notes will be used against your next order. Please note Credit notes can only be used within one year of being issued, after that time they become invalid.
All images, material and content of any Rosary Heaven Wholesale product (including website/catalogue belonging to Rosary Heaven Wholesale Limited or any of it’s partners/subsidiaries) are copyrighted and owned by us. If you wish to use our images to sell the products, you are welcome to do so providing you are a paying customer. However you must contact us for express permission in writing (email is acceptable) first. Reproduction of our images in any form will be considered infringement of copyright without written consent.
Customer agrees that use of the service is entirely at customer’s own risk. Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service, including without limitation the software licensed to the customer and the results obtained through the service. Specifically, we disclaim any and al warranties, including without limitation 1. Any warranties concerning he availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; and 2. Any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the forgoing rests entirely with customer.
Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer herby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content of the service.

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data
For the purposes of The GDPR, we are the Data Processor when selling on this site and process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Under Article 6 of The GDPR, the lawful basis on which we process personal data received from customers is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order to fulfill buyer orders and enquiries. We retain information provided by customers, such as transaction information for internal financial accounting purposes.
We receive personally identifiable information only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data we receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, and chosen method of delivery. This information is used to dispatch your order and for notifications about your order, such as processing and dispatch information. We may also undertake anonymised statistical analysis, for example, to monitor seasonal fluctuations in sales patterns, or to monitor the effectivenness of advertising campaigns. (We won’t be able to identify individuals from this data), an example of this would be the use of Google Adwords.
If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processor (currently Paypal), who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.We may pass your information to our third party service provider (currently Amazon), for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders on rare occasions. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond product dispatch reasons for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
When someone visits our site we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information regarding which parts of the site are of most interest to visitors, and where they come from. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of people visiting our website.
